REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

• Only Radiologist
• Eligibility Criteria: DMRD/DMRE, MD DNB in Radiology
• All applications should be made on the prescribed registration form (one form per delegate)
• July 2024 – only 4 consecutive Sundays
• August 2024 (2 Days second weekend onsite – Live demos with hands on workshops
• December 2024 (Thursday - Sunday (4 days) on second week) – Live demos with hands on workshops and Final Exam
• The delegates must mention their Registration ID in all future correspondence
• Invoice cum Receipt bearing the Registration ID will be sent to all registered delegates by email. This must be presented at the registration counter
• In case of members, it is mandatory to provide your membership number
• This includes all the course material, exam fee, conference lunches and kits, and a complimentary book on MSK USG
• This does not include your accommodation, dinners or travel expenses.
• Mandatory fulfilment criteria for DIPLOMA. Attending both the modules.
• Clearing both modules MCQ, VIVA and practical exams
• Submission of four home assignments within the prescribed time frame, on 3 topics as detailed below and one dissertation with the reasonable standard presentation as will be detailed through onsite teaching
• Each presentation should comprise 8-10 slides on normal sonoanatomy and dissertation can be on the subject of your choice
• No refund policy applied after 31st December 2023.

COURSE FEE:

1. Upper Limb Module – INR 1,50,000 + 18% GST = INR 1,77,000/-
2. Lower Limb Module - INR 1,50,000 + 18% GST = INR 1,77,000/-
3. University Fee (EURO 750) = INR 70,000/-

Total: (INR 1,77,000 + INR 1,77,000 + INR 70,000) = INR 4,24,000/-
